Evaluation, Research & Learning for Peacebuilding and Development
I am an evaluation and applied research specialist with over two decades of experience in peacebuilding, development, and humanitarian initiatives across conflict-affected contexts in Central Asia, Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, and the Middle East. I help organizations generate evidence, learn from their work, and strengthen the impact of their initiatives.
Alongside this professional practice, I explore how present-moment awareness and reflective practice can inform how we design, evaluate, and implement initiatives — recognizing that the inner state professionals bring to their work often shapes how change unfolds.
This site serves both as a portfolio of evaluations and studies I have led or contributed to with diverse teams, and a space for reflection and shared learning on integrating rigorous practice with deeper awareness in peacebuilding and development.
GROUNDED IN EVIDENCE. GUIDED BY PRESENCE. INSPIRED BY MEANINGFUL CHANGE
Evaluation & Research Portfolio
This portfolio is organized by thematic focus, reflecting both the breadth of contexts and the depth of learning cultivated through each engagement. Each section highlights evaluations, studies, and research I have led or contributed to, with concise summaries describing the commissioning entity, contractor organization, and my role.
Where available, links to reports are included, offering insights that inform decision-making at policy, programmatic, and process levels — and invite reflection on how learning shapes more conscious and sustainable approaches to change.
Teaching & Training
Supporting learning that strengthens skills, awareness, and impact—through courses, tailored training, and collaborative capacity building.
Reflections
Exploring the inner dimensions of peacebuilding, presence, and conscious engagement
A Space for Inner Inquiry and Shared Learning
These reflections come from my own ongoing practice of presence and self-observation.
They explore how our inner state of consciousness influences how we listen, respond, and engage — whether in conflict settings, professional spaces, or daily life.
I invite you to pause, breathe, and explore along with me.
