What I Do

I work at the intersection of evaluation and assessment consulting, facilitation, teaching, and reflective inquiry in peacebuilding, development, and humanitarian contexts. I integrate awareness and presence into how this work is carried out.

Across these engagements, I support organizations, practitioners, and learners in strengthening how change is designed, implemented, and reflected upon—grounded in evidence, context, and presence.

My approach is shaped by an ongoing practice of integrating presence into doing. This influences how questions are asked, challenges are met, listening happens, decisions are made, and learning emerges—especially in complex, high-pressure settings.

If you are interested in a collaboration, learning engagement, or speaking opportunity, I welcome a conversation.
