What I Do

As an independent evaluation and research consultant, I support organizations and practitioners through evaluation, applied research, facilitation, and teaching in peacebuilding, international development, and humanitarian contexts. My work helps organizations and practitioners generate evidence, reflect on practice, and strengthen how change initiatives are designed and implemented.

Alongside this professional practice, I integrate present-moment awareness and reflective inquiry into how this work is carried out.

Across these engagements, I support organizations, practitioners, and learners in strengthening how change initiatives are designed, implemented, and learned from— grounded in evidence, context, and presence.

My approach is shaped by an ongoing practice of integrating presence into professional action. This influences how questions are asked, how challenges are met, how listening happens, and how learning emerges—especially in complex, high-pressure settings.

At the heart of my work is an interest in how rigorous inquiry and reflective awareness can inform more thoughtful approaches to social change.

If you are interested in a consulting collaboration, learning engagement, or speaking opportunity, I would welcome a conversation.
